Tina Turner was married twice in her lifetime.
Her first marriage was to musician Ike Turner, which lasted from 1962 until their divorce in 1978.She later found love with German music executive Erwin Bach.After being together for 27 years, they married in 2013.She often referred to Bach as her "true" marriage and soulmate.
They remained married until her passing in May 2023.Her first marriage was marked by abuse, while her second was loving.She lived in Switzerland with Bach for the last years of her life.Bach even donated a kidney to Turner in 2017.She was a survivor who turned pain into a legacy.She is remembered as the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll.
