These are some of the most sampled drum breaks ever recorded. From the legendary Amen Break to Think Break, Funky Drummer, Apache and loads more, these breaks have been used in Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Breakbeat, House and pretty much every genre that relies on sampling.

The numbers shown in the video are based on research from different websites, forums, sample databases and articles, then averaged out to get what we think is a fair estimate.

The sample counts and estimated uses in this video are not exact and probably never could be. A lot of these breaks have been chopped up, layered, replayed, stretched, re-sampled, bootlegged or used without credit over the years, so there's no way to count every single use.

The "Estimated Times Sampled" numbers are based mostly on confirmed uses, while the "Estimated Total Uses" tries to include all the unofficial and uncredited uses as well.
