1971. Tina Turner was fleeing with almost nothing when a Greyhound ticket agent named Loretta Briggs bought her a bus ticket and handed her $40. "Some buses you take before you understand why." Tina never forgot. More than 50 years later, she found Loretta in a nursing home, struggling and alone. Tina took her hand and said, "The girl in the brown coat made it."
